The Bible tells us to have fellowship with one another. Our church members refer to themselves as our family in Christ. Visitors often comment about their immediate feeling of being welcomed and the inspiration of love exuded as they enter our church doors. Fellowship is an important part of our faith and worshiping together is the experience which allows us to learn, grow and strengthen our faith as Christians.
And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.
"Church is NOT a haven for saints...Church is a hospital for sinners!"
This is our very special group of dedicated and loving Christian women. They have recently celebrated their fifth year of making quilts, pillows, and other wonderful comforting and useful items. The focus of their gifts are to donate their items to all those in nursing homes, hospitals, and shut-ins that are often forgotten. To date, over 7,000 items have been hand-made and donated to all those in need with their "loving hands". These special women are an example of the true meaning of "love thy neighbor" through their service and love of Christ with their God given talents.
